Biting guitars and gritty, pissed off rock vocals anyone? Yes please. Napoleon Blown Aparts are like a punked up Guns 'N Roses with a dash of The Dolls (See "Unlucky Star"). Ajax Garcia's voice sounds absolutely great on this album, and we can't get enough of his crystal clear, spot-on guitar work either. These guys are clearly rock purists. We like-y. Oh and check out "Sonny" for a totally unexpected combination of bongo drums and "motherfucker" references.
