Buckling down in a previously unknown creative place, this album finds a band that no one IN the band even knew really existed. Powerful, challenging, dark but overall extremely melodic, every song on the album sounds like an explosion of energy and exhausting creativity. It prickles your ears, and challenges your brain and your senses like no other doublethink release has. Their previous efforts are good, but this is the first one that is great.
