The is the second album released by FireHead Jerry, although it may be considered more of an EP due to the brevity of the album. Symmetry only runs for 14 minutes and consists of 5 songs.

Ben was in graduate school getting his Master's Degree in Social Work during this time, and this album was recorded during his winter break from classes. FireHead Jerry was just so eager to record together again, and at the time, this was the most they could fit in.

The album features a couple beautiful ballads, one being "Because, Because, Because" which features Ken Restivo on piano. "Personal Heaven" and "Anxiety" begin to show the introspection and depth that the previous album hinted upon.
