Brazilian flute player and composer Kim Ribeiro performs his own pieces with his ensemble (with flute, acoustic guitar, fagot and percussion), as well as works from the Brazilian and Classical repertoire. You'll find a major emphasis on Brazilian rhythms such as the 'choro' or 'little lament' (which is actually characterized by a fast and happy rhythm, virtuosity and improvisation).
