Maurice and the Beejays by Maurice and the Beejays Maurice and the Beejays : Maurice and the Beejays.
Music for imaginary films and television shows.

In late seventies Britain, the popular lunch time animation series "Cloppa Castle" was replaced by "Maurice and Beejays". Featuring an elephant (Maurice) and a family of otters (the Beejays). Each episode followed the hapless Beejays and how Maurice would rescue them from their "otter incompetence" as the long suffering Maurice would mutter. Concerns though, where expressed about the escalating violence in each episode and the outcry following the episode "Didn't shoot yourself in the head am I?" convinced the broadcaster to axe the show after only five episodes.
