Mark Boulle : All the Leaves are Falling Down.
Meaningful indie folk pop from the gold coast, australia.
All the Leaves are Falling Down is the first album from Australian
singer songwriter Mark Boulle. It is a Rustic, Folk, Roots treat full of emotion
and lyrical wonder.
The album was recorded independently at his home during a
Gold Coast autumn and features Elodie Mayberry on violin and Daren Williams on
bass. All other instruments were played by Boulle and it is also worth noting
that he is credited too with the engineering and production of the album.
"Boulle has a natural talent for songwriting that manages to sidestep all the
tired clichès to give personal and personable reflections on the world around
him...He comes across as a relaxed and likable host who is keen to enjoy life
but suspicious of superficial pleasures. If there was any justice in the world
it is a record that would earn his fortune. Take time to seek it out and you'll
be rewarded with a record that restores your faith in the healing power of pop
music."
