Recorded over three months at his home on the Gold Coast, the record was recorded, mixed and produced by Boulle and Woollard. It is Mark's fifth long player independently released, and features 11 songs of love, hope and mania. With the exception of drums and percussion played by Woollard, Boulle tried his hand at all instruments including bass, guitars, organs and singing. Mark is also known for his work with his band Haba Dudes also to be found on Magnatune.
