The Diplomat by Machines in Transit Machines in Transit : The Diplomat.
Pop-electronica from the embassy.

Drawing from influences such as Imogen Heap, Royksopp, Thomas Dolby and Booka Shade, the duo set out to write electronic compositions, but keeping in mind pop songwriting sensibility.

This album is experiment in collaboration, of reaching out to strangers and believing in good in the world. The songs span a wide range of emotion from the dark night of the soul, to getting on the dance floor and shaking your moneymaker. Working with singers and re-mixers from Russian, Sweden, Germany, Boston and Minneapolis, Machines in Transit found a way to get their global electronic groove on.
