The music for this album was chosen from the world-famous educational music book for flute beginners: Selected Duets for Flute: Volume II, compiled and edited by H. Voxman in Rubank Educational library. The music, performed by Spark's Yutaka Okawachi and Takashi Matsuishi, was recorded by recording engineer Yasuyuki Nitta in Tazawa-ko Town Hall in Akita Prefecture, Japan on 4-6 August, 2004.

The album is a useful resource for flute beginners and is ideal as background music in a variety of contexts.
