Submission by sitar and surbahar virtuoso Jay Kishor alternates between a dreamy, otherworldly mood and a mellow, social one. "Last Night's Dream," "Hawk, and "Sitar Study" are more subdued, reflective pieces while "Wild Spring Apples," "Sunday Driver," and "Stick Dance" are subtly groovy, more pop influenced pieces. "Watching Clouds" is the perfect amalgam of the two different sensibilities; it perfectly blends eastern contemplativeness with western languor.
