This license permits you to use any number of audio samples from a song to create a new song of your own. You can also make remixes, mash-ups or other derivative works. If you use several samples from us in one song, you will only be charged the single-sample price.

This license is only needed if your song is being used commercially (such as if you are manufacturing CDs or selling the songs online). If your song is purely non-commercial (on your home page or on a remix site like Acidplanet or CC Mixter), you can sample from us freely, without a signed license or any cost to you. See the "non-commercial" license for more information.

This license will grant you publishing, mechanical and derivative use rights, to place the licensed song samples in your audio project. You may use the entire song (such as with a mash-up) or samples from it. We will not ask to see your work or exercise any artistic control over the use of the music in your work. We don't think it's right for musicians to dictate what another musician's vision should be, and we hope you'll honor the flexibility we give you by giving us your business.
