All Magnatune music is licensed under a Creative Commons BY-NC-SA 1.0 license.
This means anyone can share it with friends, remix it, back it up, copy it to all their computers and devices, and use it in non-commercial projects, as long as they credit the artist and Magnatune, and share alike.
Using the music commercially, such as monetized videos, client work, adverts, games or apps? That is covered by the Magnatune Project Licence, which comes with every membership
