Description:Italian songs on poems of Gabriele D'Annunzio
Genre:Classical
Artist:Valter Carignano and Michela Varda
Album:FP Tosti, Italian Songs on the Poems of Gabriele D'Annunzio

Francesco Paolo Tosti was the only great Italian composer who wrote only chamber music for voice and piano, he didn't write Opera.

He was very popular, and was also appreciated by other Italian composers: for example he was a close friend of Giacomo Puccini, and Pietro Mascagni asked him to direct Cavalleria Rusticana's first performance in London .

Tosti was greatly appreciated in Russia, England and France. Great singers sang Tosti's songs in their recitals, but also many amateurs in all the salons of the nobility and Italian middle class. Many of his songs are included in the great repertoire of Neapolitan songs.

Tosti and the great italian poet Gabriele D' Annunzio were born in Abruzzo, in central Italy, and they met in Naples. They appreciated each other, even though they were very different.

In Songs on poems of Gabriele D'Annunzio, Tosti maintains his melodical characteristics, but finds new harmonic solutions and suggestions of European neo-classicism.

Description:Organic, electric sounds for your synaptic pleasure
Genre:Jazz
Artist:Ozzie Cruse
Album:Sellouts of Oz

On his debut album Sellouts of Oz, Ozzie Cruse displays a diverse foundation of musical roots. This album contains tastes of jazz, sprinkled with soul, sautéed with pop, and pounded out with big beats akin to a cookin' old jazz combo stomping out classic rock in a hot dance club.

Skirting the line between composition and sample, Ozzie manages to forge an album that's energetic and driving, funky and fun, while also remaining warmly organic and uniquely modern at its core. The tunes from Sellouts of Oz are immediately catchy and each have a life and story of their own.

Genre:Electronica
Artist:Monom
Album:Deep

Monom takes you Deep. In this album, he introduces you to a mixing style of deep and minimal techno music combined with the melodic end of house music. Elements of the house 'sound' such as realistic jazz sounds and booming kick drums are replaced with elements from techno such as shorter, deeper, darker kicks, smaller, quicker hi-hats, noisier snares and more synthetic or acid sounding synth melodies, including raw electronic noises from distorted sawtooth and square wave oscillators.

Let's dance with happy feet and some deep thoughts on your mind.

Artist:Andy Findon
Album:Extracts from Handel's Messiah for Flutes

19 extracts from George Frideric Handel's Messiah, composed in 1741 arranged and performed by Any Findon on various sizes of flute ensemble.

It was first performed in Dublin, Ireland, on April 13th 1742 and received its London premiere the following year. After an initially modest reception, the oratorio gained in popularity, eventually becoming one of the best known and most frequently performed choral work in Western music.
