Op. 24 - tension of the day, breaking away to bits of comfort but always returning to the worries, time passing by without any consideration of plans and dreams I have for the day.

Precious Summer Day - ah, summer is a relaxed and easy going state of mind. The piano clusters of sound reminds the day to not be so serious.

Sailing Clouds, floating by on their way to something bigger, powerful, but for now distant wisps and puffs, looking so comfortable and inviting. The majestic castles are now passing by, a caravan traveling so high, sometimes looking menacing, but also regal.

Sweet Home is a quiet place with orchards and birds, music is created in rooms but cannot be contained by mere walls, always floating into the flowers and trees, bringing the connection of all living things together as one. The bass flute melody is a caress to those who are loved and dear who live here.

Winters End has swirling winds and dark skies that keep the warmth of the sun away for days. Looking out the window, the bare trees and seamless clouds of gray keep the chill inside me. The flute song is the struggle to survive...

...and the only saving grace is Dreaming of Spring, when the growth and warmth returns, bringing hope of spring with storms that rumble through with sweet rain. I can feel myself start to grow as everything begins the upward journey. As I hope to do one day, the flowers blossom with beautiful colors and warmth. If you listen carefully, you can hear the bird calls and warm sun-kissed breezes inviting us closer to summer.
