Noise HiFi : Red Distortion.
Scary and dark textures from sweden.
Red Distortion is a dark journey through European silver mines and closed
industries. The sound of this album is very dark, glitchy and scary, with noisy drones and ambient textures.
The main idea for Red Distortion was to create a heavy ambient attitude with
some dub influences, combined with scary atmospheres and raw, beautiful
minimalism. Those 4 tracks are all improvised with a small amount of overdubs.
Inspired by industrial bands like Throbbing Gristle, Mokira, Sigillum S and
Lustmord, Noise Hifi's debut album Red Distortion will redefine the world of
Dark Ambient and Industrial music.
All the sounds on this album are based around the
Swedish software Reason and Logic pro, except for the analogue synthesizer
Sequential circuits Pro One The Fender Precision Bass and the Roland RE 201
Space Echo.
