 A new take on old funk.

These are a collection of previously unreleased old songs that have been re-recorded, remixed and remastered, plus a couple of new tracks all recorded during the COVID lockdown period. It was a challenging time for a lot of people for a lot of reasons and so I looked to some old projects for some upbeat inspiration. They were pretty rough tracks that I had put together when I was just starting out in production. I stripped them out, re-recorded most parts, got my son to play bass to help give a more live feel to the music and before I knew it, I had a group of tracks that sounded like a series of 70s Cop Show soundtracks. It provided the spark for some great memories of simpler, happier times. Hope you enjoy.
