My Equinox Divine: Electropop with hints of darksynth, indie pop, and trip hop.

My Equinox Divine is a project by electropop duo Mancho and Archil from P.I.Light, a metal band from Tbilisi, Georgia.

Manana (Mancho) is a musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, music video director and visual artist. Her music incorporates elements of varied styles and genres, including alternative rock, metal, synthpop, electro pop, indie, trip hop, and experimental pop.

Archil is a musician, professional guitar teacher, guitar and bass player, visual artist, sound and lightning engineer.

The two artists created the band P.I.Light in 2007, with Archil as a bassist and Mancho as songwriter and front woman.

Besides many other gigs and events, P.I.Light performed at Blitzkrieg Metalfest (Georgia) in 2008, at Rock the Borders fest (Armenia), Highland Metalfest (Armenia), and Altervision (Georgia) in 2010, at Metal Domination in 2011, at Plus One Fest and Persian Rock & Metal Fest in 2013, at Plus One Open Air 2014, and at Tbilisi Jam! Fest Open Air in 2015.

The duo released its debut album, "Doomsday Kid. Diaries" with AMAdea Records (Bulgaria) in 2010. In the same year, P.I.Light signed a contract with Eclipse Records (USA) for the inclusion of their track "Iron Worm" on the Streetcult Loud Music Compilation CD - Vol.15, of which 10,000 copies were sold in the USA and which saw them promoted alongside several major artists. That year, Mancho also performed with The Forest, an electronic music producer.

In 2018, the artists decided to start a new band and experiment with a different genre. Their debut EP "Alchemy" was released the same year. This was followed by a collaboration with L'Âme Immortelle, an Austrian darkwave duo, which resulted in the mini - album "Letztes Licht" in 2019. That same year, they played at Sofar Sounds, and were the support band at Nachtmahr show and various local gigs.

My Equinox Divine's debut album "Of Glitters and Zen" was self-released in 2020 during the lockdown period. Their single "ākāśa" was released shortly after. So far, the band has produced four official music videos and theatre soundtracks.
