This fully embodied sound can be felt through Destiny's voice. Her music carries a feeling of relaxed embodiment.\n\nHome in the Light was Destiny's first studio album and features 13 world instruments: harmonium, bouzouki, sitar, japanese flutes, grand piano, classical bass, viola, guitar, ukulele, keyboard, various world percussion, and Destiny's soothing vocals and inspiring lyrics. It was a labor of love to create, as she was pregnant while recording the first half, and recorded the second half after giving birth to her daughter. It was professionally sound engineered by Scott Miller and mixed and mastered by Alex King Harris (Rara), in Ashland, Oregon.\n\nShe self-produced her second album, Earth Embodied, which consists of earthy beats, spacious instrumentation, and powerful and inspiring lyrics. These songs have been played during births, yoga classes, ecstatic dances, podcasts, a documentary, and funerals. The lyrics and melodies are catchy and easy to sing along with.\n\nMost recently she has released two singles, Dirty Little Lies (Taking Back My Power) and Change is Churning. Both tracks have potent lyrics with catchy hooks, inspiring lyrics, and groovy beats.\n\nDestiny is currently in the process of recording new music, to be released soon.\n\nwww.DestinyLoveMusic.com", "photo" : "https://magnatune.com/artists/img/destiny_love.jpg", "web_url" : "https://magnatune.com/artists/destiny_love/", "albums" : [{ "sku" : "destinylove-homeinthelight", "name" : "Home in the Light", "artist" : { "name" : "Destiny Love", "page" : "destiny_love" }, "release_date" : "2021-12-30", "genres" : ["New Age","Folk","Vocal"], "vocals" : "vocals", "moods" : ["peaceful","dreamy","inspiring","meditative","hopeful","spiritual"], "uses" : ["meditation or yoga","spa or massage","podcast background","emotional storytelling","nature documentary"], "energy" : 2, "instrumentation" : ["crystal clear female vocals","grand piano","sitar","japanese flutes","world percussion","ukulele"], "sounds_like" : [], "summary" : "Inspirational world folk with calming female vocals, diverse global instruments, and simple catchy lyrics—ideal for relaxation, meditation, and gentle emotional storytelling.", "cover" : "https://magnatune.com/music/Destiny%20Love/Home%20in%20the%20Light/cover_400.jpg", "web_url" : "https://magnatune.com/artists/albums/destinylove-homeinthelight/", "api_url" : "https://magnatune.com/api/albums/destinylove-homeinthelight", "buy_url" : "https://magnatune.com/buy/album?sku=destinylove-homeinthelight" },{ "sku" : "destinylove-earthembodied", "name" : "Earth Embodied", "artist" : { "name" : "Destiny Love", "page" : "destiny_love" }, "release_date" : "2021-12-22", "genres" : ["New Age","Folk","Vocal"], "vocals" : "vocals", "moods" : ["peaceful","meditative","dreamy","inspiring","spiritual"], "uses" : ["nature documentary","podcast background","meditation or yoga","documentary","emotional storytelling","spa or massage"], "energy" : 2, "instrumentation" : ["female vocals","earthy beats","experimental sounds","sultry vocals"], "sounds_like" : [], "summary" : "Sultry female vocals with earthy beats and experimental New Age/Folk sounds, ideal for relaxation, meditation, nature documentaries, and emotional podcast backgrounds.", "cover" : "https://magnatune.com/music/Destiny%20Love/Earth%20Embodied/cover_400.jpg", "web_url" : "https://magnatune.com/artists/albums/destinylove-earthembodied/", "api_url" : "https://magnatune.com/api/albums/destinylove-earthembodied", "buy_url" : "https://magnatune.com/buy/album?sku=destinylove-earthembodied" }] }, "license" : { "music_license" : "Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 1.0 (CC BY-NC-SA 1.0)", "music_license_url" : "https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/1.0/", "listening" : "Stream the free previews, or buy an album for $8 to download it in MP3, AAC, ALAC, FLAC, OGG or WAV. 100% of the price goes to the musician.", "non_commercial" : "Non-commercial projects may use the music under CC BY-NC-SA 1.0: credit the artist and Magnatune, and share alike.", "projects" : "Magnatune members may use any Magnatune music in their projects, commercial or not (videos, films, podcasts, games, apps, websites, adverts), including work for clients, under the Magnatune Project Licence.
