Janine Johnson : Telemann Harpsichord Solos from Der Getreue Music Meister.
Harpsichord and fortepiano classics.
Der Getreue Music Meister was German music periodical edited by George Philipp Telemann, and it featured actual sheet music—brand new compositions by contemporary composers of the day. This album showcases twenty-eight particularly nimble selections from this journal, many by Telemann himself as well as several other composers.
