Numa delivers blazing rock 'n roll with a groove that's been absent from
the genre for decades. Formed in late 2005, this explosive quartet has quickly
solidified their reputation as one of the premiere unsigned live acts in the
Mid-Atlantic region. Fusing together honest and memorable songwriting with a
brazen intensity, this dynamic band has managed to create an anthemic sound that
is truly arena ready.
Billboard Magazine called Numa's single "Like a Bruise" a "Fantastic rock song
with so many great elements" after awarding it a 'Best Rock Song' prize in their
16th Annual World Song Contest amidst thousands of entries. The song is also
currently in FM and College rotation at stations across the Mid-Atlantic region
and as far west as Las Vegas. The band's high energy live performances have
ignited many notable venues including The 9:30 Club, Rams Head Live, RFK
Stadium, and most recently The House of Blues garnering rave reviews and an army
of new supporters. Having easily found their way into the hearts of true music
fans across the country, Numa's popularity is a testament to the fact the great
American rock is here to stay.

Sound Description:
Chad Burrows' intense wail draws comparisons to both Geddy Lee and Brandon Boyd,
and compliments the melodic heaviness of Nick Samuels' guitar playing. Earth
shattering riffs return to the spotlight in the bands' sound, which is rounded
out by the tightest of rhythm sections. The dynamic drumming of Matt Wiles
paired with the unique bass technique of Bryan Lindamood join together to form
an ultra-tight groove heavy pocket.
