2017: a year of basement studios and breakthroughs. A distinctly different tone than the somewhat sheen-y texture of Archive01, Archive02 is the jump from what is on the page to what is in the listener's imagination. Pitch manipulation alongside a new approach to drums make this dusty tape stand out as the textures that led to productions later down the road. Electronic sounds alongside home made flips from acoustic in house sampling transform complex rhythms with a chiller vibe than some of the more daring aesthetics journeyed presently.

Electropop with hints of darksynth, indie pop, and trip hop
The concept of the album is based on the path of discovering the
Universe and the eternal search for truth, the complexities of
relationships and the desire to go beyond the ordinary. The artists were
never comfortable being stuck in one genre. Leaving electro pop as the
leading genre, the musicians experimented with the sound. Almost all
songs are made using a Korg Electribe analogue synthesizer to get that
dark synth sound. Synthetic sounds are perfectly balanced with live bass,
guitars and atmospheric vocals. The album consists of ten songs. The
opening song is an 80s-inspired synth-pop track, while the others sound more like blends of electro pop, dream pop and alternative.
