Undefended Heart is a courageous step towards vulnerability, a documentation of a journey towards a light that liberates us from ourselves, from the egoic selves, and opens an internal space that permits us to be who we really are. It is also a place of healing, where all internal tensions, lies, and deceptions recede and yield to a vision of the compassionate true nature of mankind. It opens a timeless listening experience, perfect for yoga, massage, movement, or just being quiet.

"Hans Christian's music is unique. It marries sumptuous classical elegance with a raw and profound spiritual passion. Anyone who listens to it will find in it the voice of their longing and ecstatic soul."
-Andrew Harvey
