"Du déluge au désert" is a voyage into a surreal landscape of sounds, with
climate change used as an underlying theme.
On his second album, Soleil Vert mixes electronic sounds with the ambient sounds
of nature, painting a surrealist picture of planet Earth.
Opening with a bestiary of living creatures, like crude digital memories of a
paradise lost for ever... The album then brings you underwater with "Sous la
mer...", and up with the areal beats of "Ozone"... the voyages continues with
the epic "Du déluge au désert" then the journey ends up in a desolate place,
like in a post-apocaliptic future on "Planète désolation"... You can bet that
the listener will have made quite a journey... from a deluge to a desert.
