Chris has been playing and teaching guitar for many years, all styles and genres. However, Jazz being his utmost passion, he has been particularly active in this genre these past few years.

Chris is from Vancouver, British Columbia and makes his living freelancing, producing and teaching music in many styles. He has spent many years traveling across North America, playing at different festivals and venues for different artists. His past accomplishments include BCCMA All Star Guitarist of the Year five times, as well as BCCMA Producer of the Year, twice. Chris was also selected from many applicants across North America in 2011 to study at the 'Whistler Jazz on the Mountain' under artists such as Russ Freeman of the Rippingtons, Stanley Jordan and Kevin Eubanks.
