Description:rootsy, dubby, Reggae sounds from the rainy city
Genre:World
Artist:Wet City Rockers
Album:On My Way

Think Reggae one drops with vocal harmonies, mild dreamy rhythmic guitar syncopation and intricate, secular but rootsy melodic phrasing. With influences from the dark side of roots and the positive soulful vocals of lovers rock.

Description:An arty thump of melody and bombast
Genre:Alt Rock
Artist:VSTRS
Album:VSTRS

Headier than just another rock trip, Visitors are a quintet from Detroit with a penchant for melody and bombast.

Their initial LP is spacious with a swaying epicness that forms the sonic umbrella of a tightened art-rock sound sometimes reminiscent of 70's era Floyd or Gish-era Pumpkins. Organic and less following any built-in electronic or looping structure the band tends to embrace a seesaw nature of laid back vocals and aggressive instrumentation minus some of the traditional psych elements.

Description:Led Zeppelin meets Underworld
Genre:Electro Rock
Artist:Mark Southeron
Album:Symon's Arcade

"Symon's Arcade" is a collection of new tracks from Australian musician and producer Mark Southeron.

Traversing many of the chillout genres, tracks range in style from the 60's lounge influenced Symon's Arcade and funky disco guitar driven Runaway to downtempo trip-hop and jazz Live guitar, vintage synthesisers and samplers are used throughout.

Long time collaborators with Mark, James Lee, Todd Emslie and Louise Hornery add their talents to this collection of great downtempo songs.

Description:gloomy, dazzling dark-pop
Genre:Electro Rock
Artist:Kene
Album:Kene

Kene is a singer and songwriter from Estonia. Her music is written together with producer Ervin Trofimov from post-rock outfit Opium Flirt.

Estonian president Toomas Hendrik Ilves called Kene`s music as a noir alternative that meets finno-ugric joik chant. Many critics and melomans say that it is like Pj Harvey doing collaboration with Patty Smith .

My music is gloomy and dazzling. I like to call it dark-pop.

Kene has done many different projects before, like: punk-rock band Depoo (2003-2007); electronical-pop band Mimicry (2006-2012); collaborations with many artist from Estonia (Genka, Kali Briis etc).

Over the last ten years she has had many concerts in all big festivals in Estonia, including Tallinn Music Week, Eurovision finals and Estonian Pop Idols finals, winning hearts as one of the most unique performer. Her gigs abroad: England, Denmark, Finland, Latvia (Positivus festival, Summer Sound), Lithuania.

Kene is a solo project, started after leaving the Mimicry in 2012 to focus more on her own songs. She started working together with Ervin Trofimov, who gladly joined as a producer. They have released three songs and three videos in 2013, more work is waiting to be published in June 2014.

Music can be dark, but you can never escape from the light.
